Salinding and Ramirez successfully defended their masters theses

Mr. Diamaden Salinding and Mr. Jar Carlo Ramirez defended their MS ChE theses entitled “Thermal and mechanical properties and moisture absorption of lignocellulose (soda lignin)/unsaturated polyester blends” and “Analysis and optimization of water-based printing ink formulations for polyethylene films“, respectively. Their thesis defense panel is composed of Dr. Bryan Pajarito (panel chair for Salinding) of the Catalyst Research Laboratory, Dr. Terence Tumolva (adviser) and Dr. Maria Lourdes Dalida (panel chair for Ramirez) of the Catalyst Research Laboratory. Mr. Salinding and Mr. Ramirez are both scholars under the Engineering Research and Development for Technology (ERDT) program of the Department of Science and Technology.
