With a passing rate of 95.95%, the University of the Philippines-Diliman is the top performing school in the recently held Chemical Engineering Licensure Examination which was administered by the Board of Chemical Engineering last November 19, 20 and 21.

Jasper Powell S. Esguerra, ChE Batch 2013, Summa Cum Laude, leads the board passers with a rating of 84.60%. Hykinel Bon D. Guarte, ChE Batch 2013, Magna Cum Laude, garnered the 6th place with a rating of 81.90% while Aldrine O. Almanzor, ChE Batch 2013, Cum Laude, is the 7th place with a rating of 81.50%.

According to the official website of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 428 out of 734 examines passed the licensure exam. The members of the Board are Engr. Ofelia V. Bulaong, Chairman, and Engr. Francisco A. Arellano and Engr. Jeffrey G. Mijares, Members.
