Dave consistently won various competitions such as the PIChE National Quiz Bowl and Executives’ Challenge Quiz Bee. He is a member of the Fuels, Energy, and Thermal Systems (FETS) Laboratory in the department. He is also the current Vice-President for Educational Affairs of the UP Chemical Engineering Society, Inc.
